How to Update Event Availability?

Updating the event availability for a particular session is a straightforward process.

If you wish to increase the number of spots available for your session, or mark your session as full to prevent additional bookings, you can do so here.

Follow these simple steps to make the necessary changes effortlessly:

  1. First, navigate to your calendar to locate the specific class you wish to modify and click on the three dots symbol.

  2. From the dropdown menu that appears after clicking the three dots, select 'Update Availability'.

  3. In the settings that open, you have the option to mark the entire event as 'full' or 'open'. Select the maximum event attendance and set the maximum tickets per type for this session.

  4. Click 'Save Changes'
