How can I view my Guestlists and check attendance?

After creating an event listing you always want to know your event Guestlists and attendance. You can now view your Guest list and check attendance with a few simple steps.

To view the attendance please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Baluu Dashboard and select the 'Calendar' tab.

  2. A new page will open with all scheduled events. Please select the event which you would like to view the guest list and attendance.

  3. A new page will open with the Calendar page for that event, where you will see the Manage Attendees tab. On this page, you can view a summary including Total Bookings, Total Attendees, Active Bookings, and a Financial Summary showing values such as Total Tickets Value, Total User Charged (All/Internal/External), and Total Discounts.

    You can also export or print the attendee list. When exported as a CSV file, it will include useful details such as Booking ID, Customer, Email, Phone, Guests, Tickets, Add-ons, User Charged, and any checkout answers provided during booking.

To view the 'Guestlist' you can simple click on the 'Guestlist' tab next to the 'Manage Attendees' tab at the top of the page. A new page will open with the Guestlist. Here you can view the guest name, email, phone, ticket, number of attendees.
